  38. Construction of the Boiler Generating Energy from Biomass in the Szczecin Power Plant

    Biomass-fired boiler with steam capacity of 183 MW erected in combined heat and power plant located in Szczecin. Boiler with bubbling fluidized bed technology burns forest residue, willow chips and straw pellets. Investment in the Szczecin Power Plant includes also: biomass storage and transportation system with capacity of 38.000 cubic meter, biofuel tanks with capacity 300 cubic meter, modernization of impulse turbine and electrostatic precipitator. The Szczecin Power Plant will burn 800,000 tons of biomass to produce 440,000 MWh of electricity to national grid and 1.4 million gigajoules of heat a year for the city of Szczecin. By its capacity the Szczecin green energy plant is one of the biggest in Europe and the largest in Poland.
  39. Reconstruction of pavements, regional and local roads in Świnoujście

    Under the Project old bituminous surface was removed and new layer including rain water drainage instrumentation, gas valves, pavements and zebra crossings was made.
  40. Remodelling of Gdańska Street in Świnoujście

    Under the Project remodelling of Gdyńska street on section from crossroad with Szkolna street toward Grunwaldzka street to end of the street, i.e. new bituminous surface, rain water drainage, planting of trees, vertical and horizontal markings, pavements and street lighting were made.
  41. Remodelling of Municipal Stadium in Świnoujście

    Under the Projcect removal of existing natural lawn layer, new turf grass laying, construction of rain shelter over hydrophore room, erection of hydrophore, construction of connection to water pipeline, drainage and artificial irrigation of sport field, construction of electrcial installations were made.
  42. Construction of the Bypass of the Town of Połczyn Zdrój along District Road No 173

    Under the Project new junction to existing road, i.e. new road intersections, new road (G class) with bituminous surface 6,0 m width and 1,2 km long were made.
  43. Remodelling of the Viaduct in the Town of Białogard along Road No. 163

    Under the Project old elements of the structure, i.e. fittings, surface of the road and pavements, balustrade, kerbs were replaced or renovated and new reinforced concrete slab, strenghtening of girders, new drainage, vertical and horizontal markings were made.
  44. Construction of Carpark at Wybrzeże Władysława IV Street in Świnoujście

    Under the Project new 90 parking spaces for passenger cars, acces and maneuver roads, rain water drainage and lighting were built.
  45. Remodelling of Wybrzeże Wł. IV and Daszyńskiego Streets on Marynarzy to Steyer Street section in Świnoujście

    Under the Projcet road, sidewalk, parking bays, bicycle lane, lighting, rain water drainage, 2 sets of rain water pumping stations, hydrocarbon and heavy metal separators at the oultlets from Marynarzy and Rybaki streets, horizontal and vertical marking, reconstruction of the 0,4 kV and 15 kV electrcial and telecommunication installations were made.
  46. Remodelling and Vertical Extension of the Pomeranian Library in Szczecin

    Refurbishment was co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund within the Operational Programme of Regional Development of the West Pomeranian Voivodship for years 2007-2013 and from the West Pomeranian Voivodship funds.

  47. Remodelling and Change in the Way of Usage of the Tram Depot for the Museum of Technology and Transport in Niemierzyńska Street in Szczecin

    Project was realized according to FIDIC rules and co-financed by European Economic Area.

  48. Contract Enginner for the Project No 2000/PL/16/P/PE/016-22

    EKO-INWEST S.A. was supervising the following contacts:
    • Construction, modernization and reconstruction of sewage and water system for the Left River Bank of Szczecin

    • Optimisation and modification works of the existing process installation of the Water Treatment Plant
  49. Construction of the S3 Express Road Szczecin - Gorzów Wlkp. Section No. 1 from Klucz Node to Pyrzyce Node,

    S3 Express Road Szczecin - Gorzów Wlkp. Section No. 1 from Klucz Node to Pyrzyce Node has lenght of 28,2 km. New dual carriageway (2x2 lanes) consist of 2 bi-level “Klucz" and “Pyrzyce" nodes, two-level crossings, minor roads, culverts, rain sewerage system and other facilities.
  50. Construction of the hostel for homeless people at Karsiborska street in Świnoujście

    The investment task relied in reconstruction and expansion of the existing buildings, construction of the utility building with the carport and construction of technical infrastructure.
  51. Reconstruction of sidewalks and roadways in gmina roads in Swinoujście

    The investment task relied in reconstruction of Uzdrowiskowa street on the section from the crossroads with Chrobrego street to the first turn following the crossroads with Zdrojowa, Fredry streets together with reconstruction of dewatering system, Grotger street on the section from the crossroads with Moniuszki street to the crossroads with Siemiradziego street.
  52. Renovation of the roof over and reconstruction of the stage of city amphitheater in Świnoujście

    The investment task relied in demolition of the wall surrounding the stage, stage floors, stage covers, tower covering, tin works as well as treatment of cover steel constructions, stage roof covering, tower covering, lightening, insulation of building walls adjacent to the stage, execution of reinforced concrete footing and concrete walls, execution of stairs and concrete ramps, execution of screen walls, execution of stage steel construction and execution of traffic routes paved with a granite sett and electrical installations.
  53. Construction of the Southern Bypass of the Town of Stargard Szczeciński along National Road No. 10 Szczecin – Bydgoszcz

    The ring road, bypassing Stargard Szczeciński from west and south, opened on 21 December 2009, constitutes a part of future express road S10.
    The ring road is a 13,52km-long two-lane road with three nodes: Stargard Szczeciński Zachód, Stargard Szczeciński Centrum, Stargard Szczeciński Wschód.

  54. Project supervision by Investor over the investment tasks of Town and Gmina Świnoujście in 2008-2009

    The scope of works covered the following investment tasks related to reconstruction of sidewalks and roadways in powiat and gmina roads in Swinoujście, i.e. Białoruska, Jaracza, Piłsudskiego and Wyszyńskiego streets.
  55. Construction of the Grain Silos in Nowogard

    The grain silos are indented to take, condition, store and give out grains of ripe. After purification, the material can be directly passed to the storage tanks or the drying room. In order to ensure continuous operation of the dryers, the grain is transported to the buffer tanks. After drying, the grain is passed to one out of 10 silos. The total storage capacity is 77.000 m3, which makes possible to store 50.000 tonnes of ripe. The layout of process routes enable to provide services for purifying and drying ripe grains.
  56. Construction of the Pollution Fighting Base in Świnoujście

    The scope of works included: modernization of quays No. 13II, 12, 11, 10 of the Northern Basin of the Port and construction of full technical infrastructure for the Sea Rescue Station, a storage and workshop building, the Border Check Point - the Border Point of Survivors' Admission, a container transformer room and hydrotechnical works related to remodelling of quays.
  57. Construction of the Sea LPG Terminal in Szczecin

    The project valued at more than 50 million zlotys makes possible to load and unload 200.000 tonnes of liquefied gas annually. This is the most modern facility of its kind in Poland. There are three sites to load gas to road tankers and two ones to rail tankers. The terminal enables to unload a 6.000 DWT oil tanker per day and re-load gas to about 60 road tankers and 30 rail tankers. There are three vessels of 1.500 m3 in volume each at the terminal.
  58. Improvement on Land of the Bosman Basin – Construction of the Fisherman’s Base in Świnoujście

    Under the project, quays and entrance to the basin have been modernized, a cold store with an ice generator and a manoeuvring hall, a social and warehouse building as well as technical and warehouse shelters have been built. There are mooring places for 15 cutters and 15 fishing boats.
  59. Construction of the Grabów and Dolny Brzeg pumping stations Including Delivery Pipelines and Construction of Sanitary and Water Supply Networks for the Right and Left River Bank of Szczecin

    The construction works have been performed under the Programme "Water Quality Improvement in Szczecin" They have been concerned with construction of water supply and sanitary networks as well as sewage pumping stations. The works were carried out in the years 2004 - 2009.
  60. Modernization of the Fishery Harbour in Kołobrzeg

    The project was financed by the Sectoral Operation Programme - Fishery and Fish Processing 2004-2006. Under the project, 220 m of mooring quays were modernized and three warehouse buildings with social and storage facilities as well as rooms for transporting and storing sea fishery products were built. Additionally, sanitary, rain water, water supply and power supply networks were built.
  61. Construction of the Westpomeranian Logistic Centre in the Port of Szczecin

    The project was implemented in the years 2005 - 2008 and contributed to the connection of the Port of Szczecin to the European Logistic Centre Networks, expanded the Port's service offer, created possibilities for a fully professional distribution activity and facilitated the client service. The project was co-financed from the European Fund for Regional Development.
  62. Access Infrastructure to the Industrial Quay in the Port of Gdańsk

    Under the project co-financed by the Sectoral Operation Programme - Transport, the quay was remodelled, a new viaduct with a carrying capacity of 50 tonnes was built and the street towards the mouth was modernized. As a result, a direct road access to the quay for lorry traffic was ensured with its simultaneous elimination from residential districts. Additionally, possibilities were created to utilize about 120 hectares of port development areas. In the long run, the project implementation will allow to develop reloading bases and logistic, distribution or industrial activities.
  63. Reconstruction of the Breakwaters and Strengthening of the Banks of the Piastowski Canal

    That was the most important and largest hydrotechnical project realized by the Maritime Office in Szczecin in the years 2001-2004 according to the FIDIC and World Bank procedures.
  64. Construction of the Geothermal Heat Source in Stargard Szczeciński

    The Geothermal Heat Plant extracts hot water with a temperature of 87oC from a depth of 2.700 m. The hot geothermal water heats up the return district heat water in a 14,0 MW titanium plate heat exchanger. After the water is cooled down it is re-injected to the directional injection well with a length of 3.000 m. The thermal possibilities of the heat source enable to cover nearly 25% of the annual heat demand of the city of Stargard. The project significantly contributed to the reduction of harmful emissions. It was implemented in the years 1999-2004 according to FIDIC rules.
  65. Construction of the Bypass of the Towns Kobylanka, Morzyczyn, Zieleniewo along National Road No. 10 Szczecin-Bydgoszcz

    As a result of remodelling, National Road No. 10 on section Szczecin-Motaniec was upgraded to the express road standards. The bypass connected with new nodes and junctions split local and transit traffic of the distant range. The project contributed to the improvement of road safety and to the reduction of noise and exhaust fumes. The first section of the road was commissioned in 2005.
  66. Modernization and Extension of the International Szczecin-Goleniów Air Port

    Thanks to this project which was carried out according to FIDIC rules, possibilities were created to have a high standard passenger air port for the local and international air traffic in Goleniów. Enhancement of the air traffic capacity made possible to open new air connections with Great Britain and Scandinavian countries.
